• Single Property Listing: A non-refundable annual fee of INR 365 is charged for listing a single property on My Bhumi. This fee covers one year of listing from the date of payment.
• Renewal: Your subscription will not auto-renew, and you will be required to manually renew your property listing after the subscription period expires.
• Refunds: Once the subscription fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to property sale, removal, or dissatisfaction with the service.

3. Affiliate Program

• Earnings Structure: Users can participate in My Bhumi’s affiliate program to earn commission by referring new users. Each successful referral adds earnings to your affiliate account.
• Withdrawal Threshold: Earnings can only be withdrawn when the affiliate's balance reaches a minimum of INR 2000. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.
• Payouts: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 7-10 working days after reaching the threshold. Users are required to provide accurate bank account or payment details to avoid delays.
• Affiliate Code Misuse: My Bhumi reserves the right to terminate or suspend affiliate accounts in cases of misuse or fraudulent referrals. This includes creating fake accounts or using unethical means to generate referrals.

4. Payment and Security

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure and authorized payment gateways. My Bhumi ensures that your payment data is handled in compliance with data protection and security protocols.
• Payment Failures: In the case of a failed payment or incorrect transaction, please reach out to our customer support at [contact details].

5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• No Cancellations: Once you subscribe to any service or listing package on My Bhumi, you cannot cancel it midway for a refund. All sales are final.
• Non-Refundable Services: The property listing and affiliate earnings withdrawal process are strictly non-refundable.

7. Liability and Disclaimers
